ReplyDeleteI found the music stuff but nothing else really cool I am thinking about making a CD of the popular song from birthdays past.
I graduated HS in 1979 and was in college in 1980 so most everything here is very familiar and takes me back. I remember watching tv and the news breaking in when John Lennon was shot. I remember the US Hockey team too, everyone was so excited. I was in college in NW Wisconsin, what I can I say there are a lot of hockey addicts there. Oh boy am I OLD!! :D Thanks for sharing this list.

You do realize it wasn't called Star Wars: Episode V when it was released...I actually saw that one in the theatre when it came out...fortunately the power went out all over town half way through I wasn't subject to watch the rest until about 15 years later...now I can't count how many times I have seen it.
You were born the year my husband graduated high school!! You are just a baby. LOL!!
